Enrollment Requirements
Enrollment in ProRealty Academy’s Pre-Licensure courses requires students to meet the minimum age and education standards established by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC). Applicants enrolling in the Salesperson Pre-Licensure Course must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, while those enrolling in the Broker Pre-Licensure Course must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Students who later determine that they do not meet these requirements are responsible for notifying the Academy prior to the next class session in order to qualify for a refund.

Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is completed by submitting the online registration form and paying the applicable tuition. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and successful registration.
Students requiring accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) must contact the Academy prior to enrollment. Certain accommodations may require advance approval from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission before courses begin.
Payment & Tuition Policy
Full tuition payment is required one (1) week prior to the first scheduled class session. ProRealty Academy accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards/Debit Cards
Tuition includes a $100 non-refundable registration fee for Salesperson Pre-Licensing & Broker's courses. Fees are subject to change, and students will be notified prior to enrollment.
Payment in full guarantees a seat in the course.
Course Policy
Tuition must be paid in full one (1) week before the scheduled start date to secure enrollment.
Students may transfer to another course start date one time at no charge, provided written notice is submitted at least one (1) week prior to the original start date. The new start date must occur within one year of the original enrollment.
Transfers requested without the required notice may be approved for a $50 transfer fee, subject to seat availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
Students may cancel enrollment up to 14 days prior to the course start date for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date.
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the administrative office.
Students who determine they may not be eligible for licensure based on responses to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission’s qualifying questions may withdraw and receive a prorated refund, provided notification is made to the instructor or Director before the next class session.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and issued using the original method of payment. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Academy administration.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential for course completion and success. Students are required to attend at least 80% of scheduled class time.
Excessive absences (more than 20%) may result in dismissal from the course without a refund. Make-up sessions may be offered at the instructor’s discretion.
Final Exam & Course Completion
All students must complete a final exam to pass the course. Exam schedules are provided at the start of each course.
A minimum score of 70% is required to pass. One exam retake is permitted and must be scheduled within 30 days of the initial exam.
Student Conduct & Expectations
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. This includes punctuality, participation, and adherence to academic integrity standards.
Disruptive behavior, misconduct, or academic dishonesty may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course without a refund.
Grievance Policy
Students with concerns or complaints should first address them with the instructor. If unresolved, a formal written complaint may be submitted to Academy administration.
All grievances will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
